"Many have inquired whether Dick had the chance to see the film before his departure. I'm pleased to confirm that indeed he did, leaving us with this poignant quote. Rest in peace, dear friend. Thank you for gracing the world with your luminous presence."

Welcome to our tribute to Dick Biondi, the great American rock and roll disk jockey who changed radio.

Every DJ who followed him took a page out of his playbook. The renowned DJ, who was the first to play The Beatles in the US, helped introduce the country to other artists/groups like The Rolling Stones, Little Richard, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Frankie Valli to name a few. Although, his biggest gift to humanity was helping teenagers feel like they mattered and, for the first time, special, instead of insecure and unimportant. No one knows this better than documentary filmmaker, Pam Pulice, who has dedicated the past 9 years to her documentary, ™️THE VOICE THAT ROCKED AMERICA: THE DICK BIONDI STORY

From NYC show business columnist G.H. Harding, 'The Glorious Corner,' comes praise for the upcoming documentary, ™️THE VOICE THAT ROCKED AMERICA:

BIONDI MATTERS — Back in the day, radio personalities, DJs, were king. Dick Biondi was a legend at Chicago’s famed WLS and his life is portrayed in the forthcoming Dick Biondi Documentary. A great film for sure and a fantastic testament to a true legend. Beautifully directed by Pamela Enzweiler-Pulice.
